it is not often I take the time to write a review. However, I felt it was important to do so today.
A couple weeks ago I was involved in an accident and the rear of my vehicle had damage. I picked this place as it was local to me and my Insurance company works with them. I am so happy I chose them. I picked my 2015 Town and Country up today and it is perfect. They even cleaned the inside too. They sent me text messages with updates, and gave me a finish date of June 12th. However, work was completed 4 days sooner. I highly recommend Stephen’s Auto Body if you want quick but perfect work.

Scott did an excellent job on my repair. It was completed on time and I was updated with the progress reports. You couldn’t tell that the rear quarter was smashed after the repair. I would highly recommend Stephens auto body to do any repair work and hopefully I won’t need them again. – Dom

My experience with your auto body shop was more than I expected.  The work was doing much quicker than expected and the car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off! The entire experience from estimate, rental and repairs was the best I have ever received.  I highly recommend Stephens Auto Body Shop.

November my car was involved in a accident and towed by Stephens, I called to transfer my car to another shop, I spoke with Burt and he convinced me to leave it there, they provide all the services there. Well it was the best decision I made, they provided me awsome help with all the details including subsitute transportation. Audrey in the office is the best. Professional Team and an Amazing Service! 5/5
My car was towed from New Hampshire to Stephens after it got smashed by a commercial Ford F350.  It was massive damage but fortunately the frame was solid.  It took Stephens team a couple of weeks to get everything done ($7700 worth of damage the other insurance company had to pay out) but the entire time they kept me up to date, they made sure I had a rental, and stayed in touch as things were making progress.  In the end I got my car back and its as good as new!  Great team, great service, and very high satisfaction dealing with these guys!

My insurance company recommended taking my car to Stephens after my accident.  I was apprehensive, thinking I would get a cheap fix but boy was I wrong.  I had my car back for six months now and all the repairs have been spot on.  Stephens also caught another issue that the insurance adjuster didn’t catch, contacted the insurance company, got an approval and took care of it.

I drive an exotic Italian car and had a problem with the body not properly sitting on the front of the car.  Stephens was able to review what was going on and came up with a great fix for my car that was MUCH more affordable than what the dealer was recommending, and its been perfect ever since they took care of it.  Super knowledgeable guys (and gals) and able to bring their expertise of other vehicle construction and apply it to my car was simply amazing.  Highly recommend Stephens Auto Body!
